Making a Claim
If you need to make a claim, simply call us
on 0800 CAR LOVE (0800 227 5683) and we’ll help you through the process.
For repairs to your car:
- We’ll send you a claim form for you to complete and return to us.
- Or, you might prefer to download the relevant claim form below. Once you have completed the details of your claim, you can either fax the form to us on fax (03) 371 8732, or post it to us at:

You will need Adobe Acrobat to read these files. If you don’t already have Adobe Reader you can download it for free.
- As soon as your claim is approved, you can take your car to a repairer of your choice.
- We’ll arrange for a trade-qualified Assessor to assess the damage and authorise repairs.
- You pay your excess directly to the car repairer and we’ll pay the rest.
